I don’t have my health card with me, can I still receive treatment?
Yes you can still receive treatment however, it is highly recommended to keep your health card valid and up to date to ensure best possible treatment.
How much will my drivers physical be?
A drivers physical costs 125 dollars. Woodbine Medical Center accepts cash and debit options only.
Are any physicians accepting patients?
At this time no doctors are accepting patients at Woodbine Medical Center.
Do I need to book an appointment for a prescription referral?
You can have the pharmacy fax through a prescription request. If you need to be seen, you will receive a phone call stating so.
Do I have to book in person or does Woodbine Medical take phone call appointments?
Appointments can be booked online, in person or via phone call.
What is the cost to fill out a form?
The costs of forms are governed by the OMA fee schedule.
Sick Note- $20
Drivers Physical- $125
Physio/Massage/Chiro: $20
Government Tax Credit: $100
Can I eat and/or drink prior to having my blood drawn at the Lab?
Yes you can eat before blood being drawn however, if your lab tests are identified as “Fasting”, please do not eat or drink for 12 hours prior to having your blood drawn at the Lab.
